Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
Exchange / Cancellation - All cancellation requests must be made a minimum of 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. As our cookies are baked fresh and made just for you, we will not be able to make any changes/ modifications and will also not be able to cancel or refund once the preparation of your order has been commenced. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days for the money to return back to your original payment method, after the refund is processed from our side.
Return / Refund Due to the perishable nature and inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, in a rare event if something goes extremely wrong or if a wrong product has been shipped to you, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hi@buttercrumb.in or +91 7777031777 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do accept your return, the order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.
