  1. We use a third party for deliveries; hence it is not possible to choose an exact time for delivery
  2. All orders are picked up and delivered the same day. Your order may be subject to delays in case of bad weather conditions/ busy festive season/ inevitable traffic conditions. Please co-operate with us in this case, we will keep you posted about the same
  3. All cookies are baked fresh on order; hence we do not offer Cash on Delivery payment options.
  4. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfil your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. For same day delivery, place your order before 11 am through WhatsApp.
  5. You will receive your order within 2 days.
** There is no dispatch on Sundays and on national holidays. Orders placed after 8 am on Saturdays will be dispatched on Monday. Orders Placed before 5 Pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders will be Delivered with 1-2 working days
