Where are you located / do you have a physical store?
We are based out of New Delhi. We do not have a physical store currently and are only taking orders online
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours and will get delivered within 2- 4 days. For same day delivery, you can place your order on WhatsApp before 11:00 am
Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can get in touch with us on WhatsApp and order in advance
Can we order 1 cookie?
The minimum order quantity is 1 box which contains 4 cookies
How can I preserve the cookies?
You can transfer them in an air tight container and preserve it for 7-10 days (depending on the cookie) at room temperature. You can also freeze the cookies and increase the shelf life to 3 months. We do not recommend refrigerating the cookies. For detailed cookie care, please click here
Where all do you ship?
Currently we are only shipping in Delhi-NCR
How can I cancel the order?
The order cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can WhatsApp us to shift the date of the order if it hasn’t been processed till then
I have received damaged goods in my order, what do I do now?
